    MDCAT Result 2024 SZAMU Reconduct

     A total of 200 multiple-choice questions are included in the entry test. The passing Percentage is 50% in MDCAT. The aspirant should get 60% marks in intermediate & 50% marks in the Medical college entry test.  These are the updated criteria for admission to MBBS/BDS.

    University of Health Sciences, Lahore is the admitting university for the Private and Public sector medical colleges of Punjab.UHS shall make admissions into private medical colleges of Punjab against the following categories of seats

    There is a separate application form for MBBS And BDS. The application process is completely online. just like the Admission Process for All Private and Public Sector Medical Colleges.

    Online Application Process

    For admission to the Private medical college online application procedure will be started after the PMDC mdcat test result.

    1. The application process shall be completely online and no manual or
      paper-based application shall be accepted.
    2. For filling the online application form, the candidate shall first register
      on the web portal at with the help of his e-mail ID and a password. The system will then
      generate a Pin Code which will be sent to the candidate on his e-mail
      address.
    3. For the first time Login, the candidate will be required to enter
      his/her e-mail ID, his/her password, and the Pin Code sent to him/her.
      However, once the candidate has logged in successfully, he/she shall be
      required to only enter his/her e-mail ID and password to log in next
      time. Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail and password secure.
    4.  Once the candidate has logged in, he/she will enter his / her profile
      information (Name, Marks, etc.). After making all entries, the candidate
      will be required to upload his/her scanned mandatory documents,
      photograph, signatures, and left
    5. Biometric Verification The candidate shall visit the nearest Branch Bank of Punjab, For Biometric Verification.195 Pkr is the Bank Verification and process fee.
    6. 2500Pkr is the Private medical college admission processing fee, Per Category.

    PMC Admission Portal For Private Medical Colleges

    The portal for applying for admission to private medical colleges Shall be open on 17th December. The portal shall be closed on 11th January. The merit list shall be issued on 15th January.

    For admission in Public & Private sector Medical & dental universities/colleges of Sindh Province. Candidate must have Sindh province domicile.

    in compliance with the Admission Regulations  (as amended 0n 30 May) of Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC, LUMHS shall conduct Entry test sessions for admissions in MBBS/BDS Courses in Public and Private Sector Medical Universities/colleges of Sindh province, through National Testing Service (NTS) on Sunday  8th September. The test shall be simultaneously arranged in the following cities of Sindh Province.

    • It is mandatory for candidates having domicile in Sindh Province to appear in the entry test for Admission to MBBS/BDS programs in public & Private sector Medical Universities/Colleges of Sindh Province
    • As per Admission Regulations 2018 (as amended on 30 May) of PM&DC, a candidate must have passed intermediate / HSSC pre-Medical Group or equivalent Examination (e.g A-Level, 12th Grade, etc.) with a minimum of 70% Unadjusted Marks, However, those awaiting results can also apply.
    • Mere appearance in Entry Test does not confer the right to claim Admission to any Medical & Dental  University/College. All the Admissions shall be provided in accordance with the Allocation of seats at respective Universities / Colleges and purely on a Merit basis.

    • Entry test shall comprise a single Question paper containing 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Divided into the following 04 (four) Sections:
      • Biology       =80 MCQs
      • Chemistry  =60 MCQs
      • Physics        =40 MCQs
      • English        =20 MCQs
    • Total Marks 200 and there shall be no negative marking in the test.
    • The duration of the test shall be 150 Minutes ( 2 Hours, 30 Minutes ).
    • The Passing Marks shall be 60% ( i.e. 120/200) in the test.

    PMC Entry Test Date

    25 August is the official date of PMC MDCAT. The test will conduct across the country at different centers. The admission committee will meet all vice-chancellors of admitting universities. This entry test will be valid for one year.

    Eligibility Criteria for Admission To MBBS And BDS

    Now admission in Medical college becomes tough to toughest. You should have

    • Minimum 70% Marks in Intermediate.
    • Minimum  60% Marks In Entry Test.
    • Minimum 70% Aggregate Marks.
    • A candidate desirous of admission in MBBS and BDS courses in a public and private medical
      and dental institution of a province or a region shall apply to the concerned Admitting University. The
      Admitting University shall process the applications strictly on merit by preparing a separate merit list for the
      concerned public and private medical and dental institutions.

    The admission process is completely changed. PMC does a category of each and every medical college. 3 merit lists of government colleges will be displayed. No 4th merit list. In case of the vacant seat. chance will be given to top students of private medical colleges.

    PMC Statement

    Provided that no candidate shall be considered eligible on merit if the student has not
    acquired a minimum of 60% marks in the Admissions Test and the minimum qualification
    standards set down under Sub Regulation 7(1) and 7(2) and obtained an aggregate merit of
    not less than 70% for Medical and 60% for dental. pursuant to this Sub Regulation (8),

    Now students can get admission in any province. But 90% of seats are for the students who hold the domicile of the perspective province. The merit list for private medical colleges is also limited to three. in case of a vacant seat student on the waiting list will be eligible for admission.

    Admission regulation is announced on 30th May.
