    Fee Structure

    According to the PMC Fee structure for Medical colleges is 11 lac Pkr for 1st year. This fee is with insurance and admission fee. From the 2nd year onward fee will be 10.5 lac for the MBBS Course.

    • One (1) attested copy of passed foreign SAT II examination with a minimum score of 550 in each of the three subjects i.e., Physics/Mathematics OR a foreign MCAT with a minimum score of 500.

    Eligibility Criteria

    A candidate who appears on any Provisional entry test is eligible for admission. As per as PMDC MDCAT Admission Rule candidates must have 60% marks in the entry test and 70% marks in the intermediate.

    Aggregate formula: 50% UHS MDCAT, 10% Matric and 40% FSC (Elective subject marks)

    Uhs is the admitting university for all public sector medical colleges of Punjab. UHS offer MBBS/BDS as well as different undergraduate and postgraduate program in different fields.

    Online Admission Process

    The admission process is completely online. Follow these steps carefully. I recommend reading twice and asking any questions in the comment box.

    The candidate should carefully read the instructions and follow them in order to fill out his/her application form correctly. The candidate shall have the option to Log out at any stage but he/she should not forget to “SAVE” the entries he/she has made.

    He/she can access his/her form at any other time by logging in admission portal and clicking “In-Process Application”. The candidate can have a print-out of his application form at any stage but it shall be marked as “DRAFT COPY” on its top which means that it has not been submitted and, therefore, is not acceptable for fee submission.

    1. For filling out the online application form, the candidate shall first register on the web portal with the help of his e-mail ID and a password. The system will then generate a PIN code which will be sent to the candidate at his e-mail address. For first-time Login, the candidate will be required to enter his/her e-mail ID, his/her password, and the PIN code sent to him/her. However, once the candidate has logged in successfully, he/she shall be required to only enter his/her e-mail ID and password to log in next time. Candidates are advised to keep their e-mail and password secure
    2.  Once the candidate has logged in, he/she will enter his / her profile information (Name, Domicile, Marks, etc.). After making all entries, the candidate will be required to upload his/her scanned mandatory documents, photographs, signatures, and left thumb impression (LTI) as per the list provided in the form.
    3. In case, the candidate wishes to apply for admission against any reserved seat (e.g., Disabled, Underdeveloped Districts, Overseas Pakistanis/Dual Nationality Holders, etc.), he/she will be required to upload additional documents required for that category of seats.

    The UHS Admission form is online. No manual admission form will be accepted.

    Required Documents

    The admission process for the MBBS/BDS program in the Government Medical & Dental Institutions of Punjab will begin soon. The admission schedule and online application procedure shall be advertised separately. The objective of this public notice is to inform aspiring candidates about the documents required for admissions so that they can prepare these in advance.

    Basic Eligibility Criteria

    By “MBBS and BDS (Admissions, House Job and Internship) Regulations, 2018, as amended on 30th May 2019” of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, the basic eligibility criteria for admissions are as follows

    1. The applicant has passed, obtaining a minimum of Seventy percent (770/1100) marks, in Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination having a minimum of twelve years of education
    2. (B0 The applicant has passed, obtaining a minimum of Seventy percent marks in aggregate, in an examination of a course from a foreign university or examining body or foreign education system with at least three science subjects, that is, Biology, Chemistry, and either Physics or Mathematics and the such course must have been duly certified by the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) as equivalent to Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or F.Sc. or Intermediate level of Pakistan
    3. Only the candidates having domicile in any district of Punjab are eligible to apply for admission against the aforementioned categories of seats
    4. Only those candidates who have passed the Medical & Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT)-2019, held on 25th August, with a minimum of 60 percent (120/200) marks, are eligible to apply for admission against the aforementioned categories of seats (For seats reserved for Children of Overseas Pakistanis/Dual Nationality Holders of Pakistani Origin, the candidates can also apply based on SAT II scores (Minimum 550/800 marks in each of three subjects, that is, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics) or International MCAT with a minimum score of 500.

    INSTRUCTION FOR ADMISSION TO MEDICAL COLLEGES

    Candidates are required to submit applications on the prescribed Application Form only
    which can be downloaded online.

    1. Please read the instructions given here carefully before filling out the Application Form. In
      In case you have any doubts, consult a knowledgeable elder.
    2. Candidates are advised to go through the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) Admissions, House
      Job and Internship Regulations very carefully before applying for admission
      into Private Sector Medical/Dental Colleges.
    3. Do not alter, tear, or separate any page or part of the Application Form, even if it is not
      relevant to you.
    4. The form must be filled by the candidate in his / her handwriting in BLOCK
      letters using BLUE ink only.
    5. Fill in all the fields. Write N.A. (Not Applicable) where the information sought is not
      relevant to you.
    6. Cutting/erasing/overwriting is not allowed. Application Forms.
    7. The candidates are required to declare their choices for the following Private
      Sector Medical/Dental Colleges affiliated with UHS, in order of preference, in
      the space provided for that purpose on the Application Form.
    8. Candidates are strongly advised to think carefully before declaring their preferences.
      Preference once given shall be final and cannot be changed once the form has
      been submitted. They must write down the full names of the colleges, as per their
      choice. Do not use abbreviations. You shall be considered only for those
      colleges for which you will show your preference.
    9. The applicant will never be considered for a college that he/she has not
      written down in this list of choices. The University shall not assign a college by
      itself if the alternate choices are not indicated.
    10. The applicant is required to opt for medical colleges offering MBBS and dental
      colleges offering BDS on the same form. He/she cannot submit separate forms
      for MBBS and BDS.
    11. There are 30 fields in the Application Form for the applicant to enter his/her
      choices for the colleges. He/she, therefore, can enter as many choices.
      However, the applicants are advised not to opt for those colleges where they do
      not wish to get admission.
    12. Candidates are required to submit a single Application Form for both MBBS and.A candidate cannot submit more than one Application Form.
    13. Incomplete or unsigned Application Forms will be rejected.
    14. Candidates shall submit their Application Forms by hand. Application Forms received, by post shall not be entertained.
    15. The candidates shall submit duly filled Application Form, according to the notified schedule, at the University of Health Sciences Lahore, Rawalpindi Medical Collège Rawalpindi, and Nishtar Medical College Multan along with Rs.1000/-
